Mr. Salman N. Bukhari – CEO / Director Operations
Working as Director Operations with MeteSys Mr. Bukhari
has done his specialization in Software Engineering from
Kennesaw State University,
Kennesaw, USA. In his past fifteen years in Computer
Science Arena, he has acquired experience on a wide range
of Hardware and Software Technologies from Sinclair
Spectrum, Commodore family, IBM-PC family, RISC family,
RS6000, HP-UX, and IBM 340 to End-User software
applications including Database Applications, and Computer
Automated Software Engineering Tools including but not
limited to C, C++, MS .Net Framework, and Mercury Suite.
During this period, Mr. Bukhari has played various roles @
IBM, NCR, NetSol, MOI, etc from being a system analyst, a
team leader, and a project manager to a chief operating
officer handling teams of various sizes and varied natures
for projects ranging from IT support to RDBMS development
and implementations. Mr. Bukhari has also delivered
several lectures and papers on subjects like SE & Robots,
Quality Assurance, and embracing ISO / CMMi techniques and
processes.
Mr. Mohammad Mubashir Bashir –
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Bashir is working with MeteSys as Chief Financial
Officer. He holds a Chartered Accountant degree by
profession. He has researched, developed, updated and
compiled more than two dozen books during the association
with various organizations especially with the research
department of S. A. Salam & Co., a leading publisher for
corporate and fiscal laws, pioneer & famous for
lose-leaf-binders of “Complete Income Tax Laws” in
Pakistan. The above mentioned research includes
professional subjects i.e. Accountancy; Auditing; Excise,
Customs & Tariffs; Double Taxation Treaties; Income Tax;
Sales Tax and Corporate & Mercantile Laws including
Comparative Public/Fiscal Policies etc. Mr. Bashir is
responsible for the financial operations of the company.
Mr. Syed Ali Omais – Director
Technology - .Net
Mr. Omais is working with MeteSys as Chief Technology
Officer. He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from
UK. He has an extensive experience base with software
engineering technologies such as InterDev, Visual Studio,
C, C++, ASP, .Net, and numerous web environments. Mr.
Omais last encounter retrieved him a working ERP system
for a prominent client in Pakistan with forty-eight
offices. The system has seventeen components including
insurance and financials. His responsibilities at MeteSys
include planning, analyzing designing, and reviewing of
various technology intensive tasks.
Iftikhar A. Bukhari Director
Technology - PHP
The core responsibilities are to gather requirements from
the customer, Design the Database according to those
requirements, Design the system, Develop appropriate Web
solution in PHP and Implement that solution on a web
server using a team of developers/ QA. Received Bachelor
of Business & Information Technology (B. Sc.): CS, UK
(1990–1994), and Master in IT from Harvard 2002/2004.
