To keep project costs from spinning out of control and yet maintain enough flexibility to achieve business process changes, a mix of time and materials and fixed cost makes the most sense. Time and materials with a not-to-exceed cap or time and materials with a contractual schedule for delivery of benefits are two popular options. Fixed Time (Contracts based on Hourly Rates starting from US$15.00/ Hour)

* After initial requirements study "SCOPE" we will quote a price based on time required to turn in project deliverables.

Variable Requirements (Contracts are for minimum one month with pay rate as low as US$10.00/ Hour)

* A set of requirements will be identified and selected that will help determine the approximate price to turn in project deliverables.

Shared Intellect (Clients are welcome to share copyright ownership with selective features)

* Price of the project deliverables will be determined based on percent share of intellectual rights making it convenient for the client to decide project worth in terms of value and importance.
